Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about booking our 360° photo booth for weddings, galas, corporate events, and unforgettable parties.

Reserving a Photo Booth Booking & Availability

To secure your date, we require a signed agreement and a 30% retainer. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event.

Dates fill quickly — we recommend reserving as early as possible. While some clients have booked just two days before their event, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Additional hours may be added during the event, provided attendants and the booth are still available. Multi-day reservations are available upon request.

Travel: No travel fees within Manhattan, The Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, and select areas of New Jersey. A travel fee applies to locations outside of NYC.

Backdrops & Props Style Your Experience

Clients may bring their own backdrops or props (recommended: fabric at least 5ft wide by 7ft tall, with logos placed at eye level).

We provide curated props including disco balls, glasses, boas, money props, crowns, and custom cut-out signs (available for an additional fee).

Online Photo Gallery Delivery & Access

You’ll receive a link to a secure online gallery, delivered via hosting platform or Dropbox.

  • High-resolution JPEG photos ready within 1 week.
  • Galleries remain online for 3 months — please download and store files promptly.
  • Full gallery printing is available for an additional fee.
Payments & Policies Important
  • 30% non-refundable retainer + signed agreement required to reserve.
  • Remaining balance due 2 weeks before the event.
  • Payments accepted via all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Rescheduling allowed (within 3 months) with payments applied to the new date.

Cancellations:

  • More than 7 days before event: Retainer is non-refundable; no further payment required.
  • 7 days or less before event: Full balance due; no refunds.
Same-Day Bookings Rush Option
  • Subject to availability — please contact us before submitting payment.
  • 100% payment required upfront.
  • Service agreement must still be signed (digital accepted).
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Client must allow 1–2 hours for delivery, setup, and testing prior to event start.
