Refund policy

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

  • Cancellations: If you cancel your event, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once if requested at least 7 days before the event (subject to availability).
  • Within 7 days: Reschedule requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur additional fees.

Overtime & Damage Policy

  • Overtime is billed in 30-minute blocks at $100 (32” booth) and $150 (40” booth).
  • Overtime is subject to staff/equipment availability and must be paid before additional service is provided.
  • Client is responsible for any damages to equipment caused by guests or venue conditions.
  • Service may be paused or stopped for unsafe conditions with no refund.
