Shipping policy

Base pricing includes travel within 25 miles of our base of operations in East Orange, NJ.

Additional mileage beyond this radius is billed at $2 per mile (round trip).

Mileage is calculated using the most direct driving route per Google Maps.

For NYC-based events, travel may alternatively be calculated from Midtown Manhattan (when more equitable for the client or required by venue logistics).

Parking, tolls, or permits are billed to the client at cost.

Client must provide safe setup space and reliable power access (unless generator add-on is purchased).

Unforeseeable Event

If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, emergencies, or unsafe conditions) prevent service, Enriched Pics reserves the right to reschedule or refund according to the Deposit Policy.
