Travel & Overtime: Includes up to 25 miles of travel from East Orange, NJ. Additional mileage billed at $2 per mile (round trip). Overtime billed in 30-minute blocks at $100.

Payment Policy

Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking fee is due upon confirmation of the booking.
The balance of 70% must be paid in full no later than 7 calendar days prior to the event date.

Bookings made within 7 days of the scheduled event date, including same-day bookings, require 100% payment at the time of booking.

Booking Agreement

Booking

  • 30% non-refundable retainer + signed agreement required to reserve.
  • Remaining balance due 1 weeks before the event.
  • Payments accepted via all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Rescheduling allowed (within 3 months) with payments applied to the new date.

Cancellations:

  • More than 7 days before event: Retainer is non-refundable; no further payment required.
  • 7 days or less before event: Full balance due; no refunds.
